Viktoriya Gurash holds a PhD in Social Law from the Ivan Franko National University in Lviv (Ukraine) and an LL.M. in Public International Law from Leiden University (Netherlands). She also worked as a case-processing lawyer at the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg.
Since 1. May 2022 she has been working at the chair of Professor Keller. On 1. February 2026 she started a position as a postdoctoral researcher within the project "The Emergence of European Climate Rights" at Aarhus University, Department of Law.
